Where do we depart from?

Charters depart from Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach.

What to Bring?

Please bring only a small soft bag with:
Change of clothes, swimwear, toiletries, beach and bath towel, insect repellent, water bottles to refill, camera, comfortable walking shoes, sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunnies etc), warm clothes/pullover for evenings (seasonal), and extra money for on board purchases.

No suitcases or bags with wheels are allowed.

What’s included?

Skipper, Host, filtered water station, all meals (see Menu), linen, wetsuit hire, snorkelling equipment, Marine Park fees and taxes.

What’s Extra?

BYO soft drinks/alcohol (no glass), luggage storage, special dietary requirements ($10 per day).

Are there any age restrictions?

The minimum age is 16+, and anyone under age 18 must be travelling with a guardian. However, the recommended age group for Defender is 18-35 year olds.

Is there power onboard the boat?

Please charge your electrical equipment before the tour. Defender has USB re-charging facilities. There are limited power facilities onboard.

Is there anything else I should know?

This sailing adventure is only suitable for active people. A basic level of fitness and mobility is required. As a guideline, guests should be able to climb a ladder easily.
